BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING: Final cleaning by the tenant is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. This involves the tidying up of the house and its perfect cleaning (including the removal of any food remains, the cleaning of cutlery, kitchen utensils, waste disposal, etc.).
This final cleaning must be done by the tenant, if it is not done correctly a penalty equal to the cost of the additional final cleaning service will be applied.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the tenant at check-in with payment of the relative cost.
TOURIST TAX (to be paid locally)
