On the first floor there are two double rooms, balcony and a toilet service.

The apartment is fully equipped with tv sat, washing machine, air conditioning, BBQ and parking space.

Bed linen: € 10 per person per change.
Towels: € 10 per person per change.
Final cleaning: € 90

ADDITIONAL CLEANING IN CASE OF PRESENCE OF ANIMALS, where permitted prior authorization € 50

TOURIST STAY TAX (to be paid locally)
€ 0.30 per person per night stay up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.
