We are talking about a portion of a chalet on the first floor which is part of a complex of four residential units, the area where this house is located is a very quiet neighborhood, 400 meters from the promenade of Pomposa Lido, one of the Seven Lidi di Comacchio.
This holiday home, despite the modest size, is very cozy and bright. The apartment has a balcony where you can relax during the beautiful spring and summer days, maybe reading a good book. Entering the living room you can immediately  notice the kitchenette , from the living room you have access to the two bedrooms, one double and one with a single bed, and the bathroom.
The house is equipped with mosquito nets, air conditioning and washing machine, private garden. Numbered parking place adjacent to the pedestrian gate.
