For this reasons, this is what you are looking for.   The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small building in the center,  20 meters from the pedestrian area of the beach, and consists of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom, washing machine, balcony with sea view. 

SERVICES ON REQUEST (to be booked in advance and to be paid on site or added to the cart in case of online booking):
Bed linen: €10 per person per stay;
Bathroom linen (set of 3 towels): €10 per person per stay;
Baby cot (travel cot): €20 per stay;
Baby high chair: €20 per stay;
Final cleaning: €70.


BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING: The final cleaning to be paid by the tenant is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. This involves tidying up the house and keeping it perfectly clean (including removing any leftover food, cleaning cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposing of rubbish, etc.).
This final cleaning must be done by the tenant, if it is not done correctly a penalty equal to the cost of the additional final cleaning service will be applied.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the tenant upon check-in with payment of the relative cost.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING IN CASE OF ANIMALS (MAXIMUM 1 ANIMAL), with prior authorization € 50


TOURIST TAX (to be paid locally)
€0.30 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.
