Apartment with air conditioning, sea view and parking space for rent in the center of Lido Pomposa.

In the middle of the Lido di Pomposa, directly on the pedestrian promenade on the sea, which in the warm summer evenings fills up with tourists and on monday offers one of the most charming night markets, we propose this holiday apartment with a great sea view. It is a three-room apartment on the fifth floor of a front-end condominium. The location is great because in addition to being in the center, just cross the road and you are in one of the most beautiful seaside resorts of the seven Ferraresi Lidi. The house consists of a large living room with sea view where there is a bed and a half sofa bed , a TV with satellite decoder, kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk bed, newly renovated bathroom.  Access to a small balcony from one of the rooms. The house is equipped with air conditioning in heat pump and numbered parking space.

SERVICES ON REQUEST (to be booked in advance and to be paid on site or added to the cart in case of online booking):
Bed linen: €10 per person per stay;
Bathroom linen (set of 3 towels): €10 per person per stay;
Baby cot (travel cot): €20 per stay;
Baby high chair: €20 per stay;
Final cleaning: €70.


BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING: The final cleaning to be paid by the tenant is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. This involves tidying up the house and keeping it perfectly clean (including removing any leftover food, cleaning cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposing of rubbish, etc.).
This final cleaning must be done by the tenant, if it is not done correctly a penalty equal to the cost of the additional final cleaning service will be applied.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the tenant upon check-in with payment of the relative cost.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING IN CASE OF ANIMALS (MAXIMUM 1 ANIMAL), with prior authorization € 50


TOURIST TAX (to be paid locally)
€0.30 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: €200
