We rent a three-room apartment with parking space and 100 meters from the sea of Lido Pomposa
We offer for summer rent this holiday home a few steps from the sea of Lido di Pomposa, one of the 7 Lidos of Comacchio.
Forget your car in the parking lot because within 200/300 meters of the apartment you can find everything you need: supermarket, greengrocer, beaches, bars and restaurants.
The apartment is located on the 2nd and last floor of a small condominium and consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom with a single bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, parking space.
No lift.
SERVICES ON REQUEST (to be booked in advance and to be
paid on site or added to the cart in case of online booking):
Bed linen: €10 per person per stay;
Bathroom linen (set of 3 towels): €10 per person per stay;
Baby cot (travel cot): €20 per stay;
Baby high chair: €20 per stay;
Final cleaning: €70.
BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING: The final cleaning to be paid by the tenant is
mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. This
involves tidying up the house and keeping it perfectly clean (including
removing any leftover food, cleaning cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposing of
rubbish, etc.).
This final cleaning must be done by the tenant, if it is not done correctly a
penalty equal to the cost of the additional final cleaning service will be
applied.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the tenant upon check-in with
payment of the relative cost.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING IN CASE OF ANIMALS (MAXIMUM 1 ANIMAL), with prior
authorization € 50
TOURIST TAX (to be paid locally)
€0.30 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.
