Отличное месторасположение дома. Рядом большой магазин, до моря пара шагов. Много спальных мест в доме, посуды на кухне достаточно для готовки, свое тащить не нужно. Подойдет для большой семьи. В сезон может быть шумновато от соседей, но мы жили в мае, соседей еще почти не было )
