Precisely for this reason we would like to inform you that following the events caused by Covid 19, extra cleaning and safety measures have been adopted in all our facilities, with special sanitizers and with the use of mattress and pillow covers in soft non-woven fabric. and disposable to guarantee you a holiday of tranquility and serenity.

SERVICES ON REQUEST (to be booked in advance and to be paid on site or added to the cart in case of online booking):
Bed linen: €10 per person per change.
Bath towels: €10 per person per change.

BASIC AND FINAL CLEANING: The final cleaning to be paid by the tenant is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. This involves tidying up the house and keeping it perfectly clean (including removing any leftover food, cleaning cutlery, kitchen utensils, disposing of rubbish, etc.).
This final cleaning must be done by the tenant, if it is not done correctly a penalty equal to the cost of the additional final cleaning service will be applied.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the tenant upon check-in with payment of the relative cost.

TOURIST TAX (to be paid locally)
€0.30 per person for each night up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights.
Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.
